The Announcements Package

This package is best suited for...

What's Included

  • We will design and curate social media posts and graphics that match the organization's aesthetic and mission. 
  • We will caption and schedule social media grid posts to automatically be uploaded to one Instagram account and one Facebook account managed together every weekday (M-F). 
  • We will familiarize ourselves with the organization's mission in an effort to better curate captions and design graphics. 
  • We will continue to stay on top of social media trends in an effort to reach your target audience.
  • We will send out a monthly review link that inludes a dashboard and calendar of the grid posts so that you can request edits, approve posts, and see exactly what your feed will look like
  • We will meet with a representative of the the organization once a month via phone or video call to review and approve the grid posts for the following month and discuss content for two months in advance (Example: A meeting at the end of May would be held to approve grid posts for June and plan content for July). 

Investment

Non-Profits: $500 per month, contracted for 12 months

Businesses: $550 per month, contracted for 12 months

What's included

Everything included in the Announcements Package, plus the creation and posting of Instagram Reels and Stories.

  • We will caption and schedule social media posts to automatically be uploaded to one Instagram account and one Facebook account every weekday (M-F). 
  • We will familiarize ourselves with the organization's mission in an effort to better curate captions and design graphics. 
  • We will continue to stay on top of social media trends in an effort to reach your target audience. 
  • We will create and manage Instagram stories
  • We will create and post up to 3 reels per week
  • We will design and curate social media posts and graphics that match the organization's aesthetic and mission. 
  • We will send out a monthly review link that inludes a dashboard and calendar of the grid posts so that you can request edits, approve posts, and see exactly what your feed will look like
  • We will meet with the organization once a month via phone or video call to review and approve the grid posts for the following month and discuss content for two months in advance (Example: A meeting at the end of May would be held to approve grid posts for June and plan content for July).

Communication

Onboarding

Communication with our clients is truly the key to our success. We like to establish clear and organized expectations from the beginning so there is never any confusion. If you are interested in our services, please reach out to us! We will get a little info about your organization to see if we might be a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we will book a free discovery Zoom meeting to discuss any questions and make sure we both still feel we are a good fit for each other. Once we have both decided to move forward, we will begin the onboarding process. The first step is to review and sign your contract and fill out a client intake sheet. Once we have received this, we will then gain access to the social accounts we will be managing and we will create a shared Google drive where files, images, and videos can be shared between us. We may then choose to book another meeting to hash out any last details before we begin managing your Facebook and Instagram accounts on the date agreed upon by both parties. Once we begin managing your social accounts, we will have a Zoom or phone call meeting with you at the end of each month to approve the following month's content and discuss content for two months ahead. 

Routine Communication

Once you are onboarded, we will operate on a monthly cycle. We curate, design, and schedule grid posts the month before they go live. At the end of each month, we will send you a link to review grid posts. This link will have several different tools you can utilize to review posts, leave comments, and see what your grid will look like. We will also have an optional meeting at the end of every month via phone or video call to discuss ideas and events for the next set of posts that we will be scheduling. If you prefer to be more hands-off, that option is made available through our easy to use review link where you can leave comments and let us do the rest!

Sample Communication Timeline

Sample communication monthly timeline (all dates are for example purposes only)

  • I begin services for you on Jan 1st
  • In the month of January, I am scheduling grid posts for February, and depending on your package, posting reels and stories in January (grid posts would not begin until February)
  • In the last weeks of January, I send you a review link with all the grid posts scheduled for February. You can approve posts, request edits and leave comments, and preview your grid.
  • A few days later, we have a phone/video call to discuss anything you reviewed in greater detail if needed, and to discuss ideas for March, which I will be scheduling in February. This is also when you will be uploading pictures and videos from January to the shared google drive so that I can use them in content for February and March
  • In February, the approved grid posts automatically post, depending on your package reels and stories will be posted, and I will be scheduling posts for March
  • You will get a review link at the end of the month and we will meet again. This cycle repeats itself
